About Reza
For more than twenty years, Reza has developed an ability to recognise patterns in emotional cues through experience, repetition and observation.
It began simply: by taking a step back and giving people space, Reza started noticing things he had previously had little reason to look for. Small changes in behaviour, expressions, movements and responses began to repeat. The more he experienced, the more he recognised. What initially appeared to be individual moments gradually became familiar patterns.
That is the basis of Emotional Pattern Recognition. It isn't mind-reading, and it isn't a set of rules about how people should behave. It is pattern recognition built through repetition: seeing emotional cues again and again, across different people and situations, until similarities become recognisable.
Once Reza realised he was noticing things that people around him often appeared not to notice, he made a conscious decision to follow the rabbit hole as far as it would go. Over the years, continued experience produced more patterns, greater detail and finer distinctions. Eventually, to make sense of what he was seeing and organise it, he began categorising those observations and giving them names.
AskReza exists to make that perspective accessible. The idea is deliberately simple: observe Reza and ask questions. What did he notice? What made him react? Why did he interpret a particular moment in a particular way? What changed between one moment and the next?
AskReza isn't here to tell people how they should interact with one another. Everyone is free to communicate and behave in their own way. It is an opportunity to ask Reza what he sees — and, through those questions, perhaps begin to see some of the patterns yourself.
